I specialise in career coaching women over 40 who are looking for clarity in planning their next phase of life and seeking work that is both financially rewarding, but also personally satisfying. With more of us now intending to continue working into our 60’s and beyond, many of us are looking for new challenges and excitement, and work that brings real enrichment to our lives.

And this is where coaching can be really effective !  

Coaching will enable you to stand back and take a look at your life as a whole, whilst dealing with any challenges in a manageable way that enables you to feel in control and excited by change.  You will experience the benefits of my style of coaching via the innovative Firework Programme model, and in just 3 months make considerable changes and progression in whatever areas you have chosen to focus on.

The Firework Programme is especially powerful if you feel you are at a career crossroads, and unsure of which direction to take, and can take you from feelings of uncertainty to having a clear vision of a career that is absolutely right for you and give you a plan of how to get there.

What is unique about the programme is that it draws on your own natural resourcefulness to help you identify an exciting and viable new career direction. The programme provides a framework for career coaching in the form of a variety of engaging exercises which will bring out the creativity and resourcefulness within you, and direct it towards discovering the right steps to take in your career.

Our sessions will be innovative and productive, and keep you engaged on your goals allowing you to feel re-energised, whilst tasking you with specific exercises and areas to focus on between sessions. The real change happens between sessions when you apply new learning as a result of coaching – so it is important you are committed to making change.
