 I worked with Apollo 360 on some strategies to help me overcome my anxiety about work and going for a promotion. Having reached my 40's I thought my career should be more advanced, and wanted to seek out promotion opportunities but lacked the confidence to go for it.  Karen was great to work with and knew exactly how to get the best out of me, and really get me to challenge my limiting beliefs – and it worked ! I’m now managing a team of people and loving my new job.  

 Having always been in the same job for almost 30 years, being made redundant out of the blue felt like a real slap in the face for me and I didn’t know what to do, or what I could actually do. I completed elements of the Firework Programme with Apollo 360 and it has opened up a whole new realm of possibilities for me. I decided that it really was time for something new, and this coaching helped me gain a new perspective and challenged me to try new options. I’m now working in a completely different industry and cannot thank Karen enough.  

 Reaching my 50’s and feeling life was passing me by, I got in contact with Karen to see if coaching would help. We did some work around menopause and how this can impact on us all, but focussed on the positive elements that it brought, and then did some of the Firework units – and it was really great ! I feel like I have a new zest for life. Karen challenged me with the right mixture of empathy and straight talking and tasked me with getting out of my comfort zone. We now meet for monthly coaching sessions while I consider my career and life goals.  

 I have always struggled with my anxiety and worrying about what others think or feel about me, and after leaving school, really got to a point where I was barely leaving the house. My mum had met Karen at a business event locally and mentioned my situation, so we made contact and have been meeting online over the past couple of months. I still have a way to go, but I’m already feeling much better and learning new coping strategies.
